Getting the Wheeling Fever
|
I just installed my my new header and replaced my entire exhause except for the head pipe. (WHAT A PAIN) My question is this, I went to the parts store to get a flange gasket. The one I have is round and tapered and fills up the space where the old manifold fit the head pipe. The part that the guy gave me was a square with 4 holes in it????
Is that for the old style manifold? My header fits just like the manifold does and looks pretty darn similary cept it's now harder to get the bottom bolts in. (imagine that)
anyhow what is that square gasket for? The rest of my exhaust is all clamps.
