I checked the sensor with a standard cheap multi-meter. The sensor on the engine just below the Rad. hose going to the thermostat with the green 2 wire connector. What is the conversion between kOhms and Ohms. If it is running super hot, why did the engine block read 180-190 on the thermometer? I am not losing coolant, however the strange thing is the coolant in the res. is rusty brown and the coolant in the rad. is nice and green. Anyone know why they would not comingle?
