I have a buddy back home we call 'The Blur'.

He's COVERED in blond hair over most of his body, but it's not thick...just enough to break up his outline make him look like he's vibrating when he isn't wearing a shirt (which he does a little too much for being that dang furry). Just like your picture.

Lol- we always kid him and say his superpower is that he can walk through walls, by using his harmonic, blurring properties...yeh, and its usually when we are hammered, too.
