Ive got 2... carry 1 religiously.

It's an old beater. S&W J-frame Airweight. 38spcl
The finish is pitting off, and it isn't very pretty, but it does it's job very well. The other is a stainless taurus. It is pretty, but heavy, and cheaper feeling.

I recommend getting a good holster for any CCW duty. I had a POS I bought at a gun show a few years back, and used it for a long damn time, but it was just junk compared to my Galco Scout.

Your options are endless really. I really do not like taurus guns at all. You can shoot mine side by side, and feel the difference. My S&W is external hammer SA/DA, while my taurus is bobbed hammer SA only. It's hammer digs into my gut sometimes, but I can usually adjust it where I'm not impaled. I like the function of a SA hidden hammer gun, but the looks of a SA/DA exposed hammer gun.



I heard those titanium models are rock out kick ass cool, but I have not shot one yet. The recoil is pretty peppy with my airweight, and it's lack of a pinky finger grip. I am sure it would be even worse with a lighter gun. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/drunk.gif" alt="" />
