Getting the Wheeling Fever
Russ,
Meeting up in Pismo sounds like great fun.

I would like to have some sliders before the end of summer. I am really hoping to have BL and Springs in within a month and to get some sliders on soon after that. It is amazing how fast the list of mods starts to grow...

how built dose one need to be for the con?

Since you drive a 94SR, I assume you have the rear locker. here is what you need to do the CON:
1. 2" BL
2. 33" tires
3. Rock Sliders
Suggested but not needed:
1. Remove rear bumper
2. Remove front bumper
I say this cause if you don't by the time you get out you will wish you did!
There are more things required but usually someone in the group will have them!
The CON should be done in a group, I personally prefer a MITSU group just for the fact that we tend to stick together like brothers and we know the limits of our rigs!

Getting the Wheeling Fever
Cap,

Yep I have the rear locker. Thanks for the info guys. I am waiting on a 2" Bl for 4crawler, and am planing on getting sliders form him as well. I Haven't figured out the bumper situation yet. I will have to look into some kind of bracket to raise the bumper once I get into. any suggestions?

For the ironman lift i chose to get some valley springs instead. Called up vsw this afternoon and should have them tomorrow afternoon if I can get off work early enough to pick them up. I e-mailed ironman of OZ and Canada 2 weeks ago about the product and never herd back form them. Could be because I wasn't going to order from them but I was still hoping for some information from them. Some one over on outerlimts said they only got 1.5" out of there lift from ironman, and every inch counts. I never really got the responses i was hoping for so I went with vsw and they are locale too. I hope to have them in this weekend.

Now to figure out the rear shocks.

thanks everyone for the help.

Chirs

Getting the Wheeling Fever
I have a Gen1 1990 with an Ironman 2 1/2" lift on it.
I got it by chance from a guy in Az. It is great
you can really crank those torsion bars and the rear coils are really smooth. I was not able to use the shocks as they were the wrong mount type for my Gen1. I would recomend Iron Man - trouble free for me.
