New bolt was 10M 1.50 (P/N 90341-10011) and enough threads in the pan to catch and seal. It was just a single straight-up bolt. I will try to get a pic of the old one. The new one went in smoothly unlike the old one. Maybe the owner before me half cross threaded it and I have been dealing with it since I bought it.
