Mines 25 years old this year with 450 000kms on the clock and still going strong. You gotta love diesels.

My dad has a 1968 (i think) Toyota Tiara ute that still gets driven every now and then.... not to sure on the odometer reading though. It survived my learner driving and the first year or so of my driving around (thrashing the guts out of it like every other young driver).

'84 SR5 Xtra Cab 4x4, now running in 22RE trim. About 250k miles on the truck. It was a California daily driven truck for the first 11 years. Then moved it to Wisconsin where it sat around mostly for the next 7 years. Daily driver again for the last 5 years. The first 22R engine made it to about 200k. The head had bad valve stem seals and it got to the point where I didn't keep up with the oil consumption. If I'd been better about fixing the head I'm sure the original engine would still be running. -- Matt

My eldest is an 84 with 240,000.

America's first fourwheel drive was built in Mankato, MN by Ernest Rosenburger in 1908 who founded Four-Traction Auto Co. on Hickory Street. The company though successful closed in 1913.

I've got a 74 Hilux 2wd that ran (poorly) when I parked it a few years ago....does that count?

I've got a 1980 short bed pickup with 63,000 original miles. The production date is July of 1980, so it's going on 27 years old. With any luck, it'll make it another 27 years.
