I've got a 1980 short bed pickup with 63,000 original miles. The production date is July of 1980, so it's going on 27 years old. With any luck, it'll make it another 27 years. Wow, that mileage is incredible. That's like 2300 miles a year. Based on the 250k+ mileage of the other similar vehicles - you should have about another 81 years. Nice. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

It was a work truck for a summer camp, and was used mostly on the camp grounds. The body is pretty rough, but it has cold A/C, the original uncut dash, and even the original hubcaps. No power steering though, that really needs to change!

My Hilux is a '82 model, 271 000 kms on it, rings are shot, it blows more oil than smoke. Scares the bejesus out of the neighbours kids when I give her a rev, let it die and she backfires.
