If your sway bar quick disconnects are from Rock Stomper, I would not bother to try to fix them. I broke mine three times just driving, and had them professionally rewelded together twice. After the third break, I just scrapped the entire sway bar. Drives just fine now.

I am not saying that Rock Stomper makes cheap stuff, I think that the angles for the links are just too much.
