Got my bumper finished today! paints dry and its all mounted up. i wish i would have gotten pics during the build. all the metal came from an old hammock support that one of my guys found on a jobsite. this only cost me a couple metal blades for my saw, a holesaw, welding wire and paint. guess i gotta change my sig now....


this was my first real fab job since getting my welder, a lincoln mig 125. i love it so far. i tried to put a little more reinforcement into the corners, if you look closely you can see the bondo cracking from the body repair that occasioned a new bumper to begin with.
