There wouldn't be any difference between the 22re conversion and the 3.0. You can buy adapters for either drivetrain, you will need new engine mounts, and I am nopt sure if it will clear w/o a body lift, I have only seen them in 1st and 2nd gen Toys all of which had 3" BL's. A buddy of mine has the a Bravado 4.3 in has Toyota Trail Blazer and he hasn't had much problems with it, after I added a tranny cooler and an electric pusher fan to it. The mpg's aren't the greatest, but then again he is turning 40's and always has his foot in it.
