I don't agree with the MPH tests, all testing should be run at a set RPM for a spec.

Another thing the gentleman mentioned was a vibration? That can increase emissions because the throttle gets jiggled, it shows up less at higher RPM's...

Portland is coming, OHNO OHNO! But we have some folks living farther up in the hills that I don't think anyone wants to try and make come in for testing...*LOL**.

Emissions testing does have it place, but they need to use some common sense about it....*EB
