Of the above, far and away the best is my red 87 Raider. Love it to pieces! Most missed is my 1-ton, great truck!

The 3mpg was highway, level ground pretty much, 55 mph. From Bakersfield to Sacramento, California, the elevation may change by 100 feet over 300 miles odd, truck used 103 gallons of gasoline. So, 3000 rpm with 4.88:1 gears, loaded up because we were moving = 3mpg! After I changed out the horrible Holley 2bbl carb and cast iron manifold for a 4bbl Holley 4160 and Edelbrock manifold, my empty mileage jumped to 9 in town. Before I was able to tune the carb, the truck was stolen...Christmas of 1998! Bastards! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/evil.gif" alt="" />

Too bad about the theft but you had some cool 4x4s.
