When doing a Roger Brown (one of the few makers or 1-3inch body lifts for the Montero/Raider) lift he supplies you with most of the hardware (longer bolts etc) needed for the lift. Depending on lift size there is minimal custom work to do, you should have enough brake line etc to stretch out to make it work. You will probably have to drill holes in your rear bumper to let the extended body mounts through. This is just from memory guys I have seen body lift their trucks, and what I have been told by Roger via Email. I might have missed something and I am sure they will chime in too.
