I did the Roger Brown 2" lift. Apart from undoing the gas filler hose clamp, parking brake clamp under the truck, the rest was just stretching the brake lines, plenty there since they're coiled. I don't know about the radiator fan since I run electric ones.
Just do one side at a time, carefully raising the truck and observing what needs extending (brake lines) or removing, (hose, cable attachments).
