Well It's been a while since I've visited the site.Since it was hacked or something like that? Got virus.Any way good to be back.My truck is still sitting after year & half ! Was logging all winter to busy to work on truck. Was going to put fresh 2.6 rebuilt long block & drive $2800.00 ? Well still thinking about the turbo 2.0L DOHC narrow block ..... but as U know I need a donor car,a tranny out of a 2wd.D50 2.0L 5spd.(km 132).Time!!& MONEY!! Was going to pull the motor out next week & take a look & see what happened in the bottom end? (had knocking coming from engine after over revving in neutrel 8000RPM) Compression still pretty good high 130's to low 140's, Oil pressure still good . Question though??? Could a guy put a rering kit & bearings in it & maybe the knock might be gone? The knock must be from a rod bearing... right or I'm I wrong? Thanks guys ! MIST U ALL All your thoughts & Ideas would be great!
