If it has then you're out of luck. if it hasn't i believe they will arrange the service to be performed at your local dealership service shop. i had the same problem and unfortunately my runner had already undergone the recall service, therefore i was not eligible to receive the service as part of the recall program. good luck '95 runner 3vze/r150f Re: head gasket recall [Re: gueroblanco] #797835 03/21/07 07:46 AM Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 12 F ForOffRoad OP Need a Spot Well, I am waiting for the warranty to go through even though the work has been done 10 years ago...the prob. is toyota has re-done these head gaskets three times trying to fix the prob. Mine was done when they could not figure out that the block and/or heads were warping and needed to be milled. That was not done! So I am hoping that they decide to warranty this defect and fix my 4Runner again because it was not done right the first time. I will let you all know what happens.
