Well, I was hoping to get lucky and find some worn-out or broken nylon bushings in my shifter housing...not the case, the were in really good cond. I have a 150K 1990 4x4 truck that won't stay engaged in 1st.gear and keeps popping out. I know this is common with high mileage 22re trannies. Is it the shift fork or bearings that need to be replaced. Any idea how much $ this would cost to rebuild? Should I rebuild or just look for a good used W56??
