I got a problem with 96 Grand Cherokee. When Ign is turned on before start the blue high beam light comes on. But after engine is running when the high beams are on the blue light doesn't come on. Also on the wiper delay it does not function correctly. On delay when wipers stop they stop in the up posistion. Put in a brand new switch from dealer and still the same problem.
