It's probably minor, but I like BigJim and I want him to stay around. I received a complaint from a reader today about him. It reminded me that Jim's been gettin more and more impatient with the newbs, and it bugs me.

I approached it two ways: I added (what I thought was) a helpful post to the thread in question, and I PM'd BigJim.

Are you OK? You're attitude lately has been pretty bad. You've been clearly getting more and more impatient with the newbs, and I don't want you to get to the point that you're doing more harm than good. 4x4Wire is very different that any other 4x4 site, and we (the owners and moderators) work hard to keep it that way. Take a step back if you need to, so that our members looks forward to your input instead of cringing in anticipation of it.
