Blue print:

Buy 2"x 5" tube, 2" x 2" tube, cut and bend, weld. Use your truck as a template to adjust to your measurements. Use 2" wide flat bar stock to box up the openings. Use angle iron for the mounts to the frame. Order some shackle tabs from a fab shop and weld those on.

Grind, then grind some more, sand, primer, filler primer, light sand, paint black.

Not laughing to be an <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/butwiggle.gif" alt="" /> I just dont have any blue prints as I've pretty much just winged it using my 89 as a mock up to ensure a good fit. Hope this helps, the progress pics should give you a good idea
