Owner,s service books says to replace spark plugs at 30,000 miles for Tacoma with IGR-FE. What does IGR-FE refer to ?

1grfe refers to the 4.0L v6 Which happens to be the '05+ Tacos with V6's.

Anyone replaced them yet? I've got 37,000 miles on my 05, but runs fine. Seems strange to replace so early.
Thoughts?

They're supposed to be replaced every 30K miles, unless you have the Denso Irridium ones, which last until 70K I think.
