just an unrelated tip - if you live in an area that gets snow, put a protective coating on the aluminum covers. They get chalky white as soon as the salt hits them. I'm going to have to remove mine and polish them because I assumed that they were made of something that would resist standard driving conditions!

I don't know if a good coat of wax would be enough - I'm probably going to spray some clear coat on them or something.
