I know that a snap ring is needed... but I'm wondering about where specifically. There's the 26mm one that can be placed in the splined section of the shaft, or the smaller (like 18mm?) one that can be placed in the ring near the end of the shaft (purple in the above picture) with the 3/4" washer (yellow in above picture) in place behind it.
