Well, after PB Blasting for a week I climbed under to have a look. I ended up using a really mini vise grip and gripped the nuts by the base. Not too much pressure, and they all came off! What was strange was that the threads inside those wildly rusted nuts were perfect. No shyte. The threads on each stud were perfect too. I had a die but there wasn't a case to use it.
