Articulator Write Up

OK guys, I want to get an articulator and Frank doesn't have anymore 29mm units left. For the SR, you would most likely need a 29mm unit. I just wanted to see the interest level b/c he might make another batch of them, I suppose it would depend on the interest level. I want one really bad. Anyone want one as well so I can give the numbers to him to see if he will make another batch of them? Post up now.

How much are we talking shipped to the US? Might be interested since my truck handles like a <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/oink.gif" alt="" /> on the road and it would save me the time of making my own. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

I would be interested if it will fit my 96 LS.

all you need to know is the exact diameter of your sway bar. most SR's are 29mm. it has to be exact to the mm. other than that, it will work on the front sway bar of any monty as far as I know.

The prices last time were about $300 for the base model and about $600 for the one with air ram. Those are just estimates b/c those prices were from a batch of 20 from like 2 years ago, Frank will have to determine exact price once he decides if he can make another batch. I am just trying to provide frank with a level of interest right now.

So I have one yes and two maybe's. For the ones who definately want one, do you want pin model or air ram model? also, what is the exact diameter of your front sway bar in milimeters?

I'm in for at least the basic model. I may be in for the air ram will have to see were the funds are when the time comes. Is this still a possibility? I need to measure my sway bar and see what the diameter is.

well guys, the good news is we still have time, but I will need to talk to frank though. here is the deal.

US Montero SR's most of the time had 29mm sway bars. problem was, frank didn't have anymore 29mm units, but......he has some left over 28mm units that he said he would machine one out for me to 29mm. measure your sway bars just to be sure, but on gen II's here in the US, they should be 29mm, mine is. once you give me your measurements, I will talk to frank and see how many 28mm units he has left and if he is willing to machine some more out for yous guys. hit me back with your measurements. with air ram, he told me it would be $700 Aussie and included shipping to the states.
