Ok, turned out to be easy. A rear bulb was installed backwards 180 out(didn't know you could do that). The wrong filament was being used for turn signals and was drawing less current making the flash twice as fast, just like a blown bulb would do.

Just so ya know, when I pulled the bulb and checked the socket and started to reinstall, the bulb didn't seem to fit quite right so I tuned it around and the problem went away. Guess you could say it was an accidental fix. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
