Confirmed swap: Gen 2 Locking Rear axle Assembly Complete into 89V6 Auto SWB

Donor: 96SR

Direct bolt in. Use the SR Diff side flange Yoke and U-joint and mate it to the gen1 driveshaft. Use the Swaybar off the gen 1 if you want to retain it.

Benefits: rear disk brakes, Larger(stronger) axles and diff, Locker.

Get the factory locker pump from the donor vehicle to actuate the locker. Get the drive shaft as well in order to get the Yoke.

Cons: axle is 3" wider so tires will stick out an inch and a half farther on the side but is hardly noticable.

Swap in Gen 2 coil spring at the same time if desired..
