I have a 90 Isuzu Spacecab 4wd,I have restored the truck.replacing and rebuilding many parts. The brake system is completely redone,I have bled the system several times so ther is no air,but I can't get the warning light in the dash to go out.Is there something that has to be reset on these trucks?thks for any help.

couple quess's here.

do you have the low pressure switch and low fluid switches plugged in correctly?

Is this the same light as the e-brake light.

not sure if these pertain to yours our not, though.

Yes I do believe that it is the same light, the e-brake light.I checked the e-brake and it wires are hooked up and the switch appears to be working. The other 2 sensors I am not sure about don't think I have had them unhooked, but who knows might have been that way when I got it.I will have to check them thks

not trying to thread jack you but i have a 95 rodeo with the brake light always on and the rear anti lock light always on. i know i have a sticking rear caliber. what causes this? its off when i start the truck but 1 min later they pop on.

probably the unequal hydraulic line pressure caused by your sticking caliper. in any case, you will want to take care of that lest you risk overheating the whole wheel brake assembly. have you seen how hot it gets?

its not bad, but when i put new pads on it took alot of force to get that piston back in and the other side was easy, also it makes a horrable noise in reverse

that could very well mean that the brake hose to the caliper on that side is clogged up, which will keep the pad from releasing...

i wouldn't let it go....
