The difference is because the 95 Rodeo uses the Dana 44 out back where as the 90 Isuzu uses the Isuzu 12 bolt out back. Different brakes between them. The 12 bolt uses the caliper with integrated parking brake while the Dana 44 uses the drum inside disc parking brake.
