That may be, but I DO believe a SHOWER will be the first thing I do upon entering civilization, following 5 days of wilderness!

Yeah, the countdown is to the Wednesday that an official ZuZoo would have been starting...I will be in town several days before that, so I could say 23 I guess...

well we all know the offical event never starts until I've arrived so since I'll be a day later this year does that put it back at 27 ?

The rest of us have to be there early so that we can properly prepare for your royal arrival.

Well, my rig made it out of the garage today, and even before the sun went down. However, due to the new tie-rods and my less than adequate job of installing them, the rig is really scary to drive. I have an appointment on the 4th to get it aligned. In the meanwhile, I need to wire the solenoid for the front locker and install same in the existing manifold.

Tonight's first task is to clean up the shop area of the garage now that the rig is in the driveway.

You're just a step ahead of me, Jim...got the knuckles back on today, had a minor issue with the CV but no big deal...next, install the Indy4x tie rods and bleed the brakes, then mobility will be restored.

OTOH I do have my air lines/solenoids good to go, I think.

Hey, I'm driving 1269.81 miles (according to Mapquest) to get there, what's your excuse? It is practically in your backyard!

Whyzat? Work?

[color:"red"]23 [/color]

Well I had some success last night, got the brakes bled, Indy4x tie rods on, swaybar disconnects reassembled with lockwashers to keep the jamb nuts in place, wheels back on. Did a measuring tape alignment and went for a drive.

I think the 95+ suspension is going to be nice, it was near twilight so I could see the headlights were pointing further down the road, meaning that, as hoped, I'll be able to drop the nose back down slightly and gain a little down travel back.

And my alignment was excellent, it tracked almost perfectly down the road. Still need a professional to check camber though.
