[hijack] I don't visit a lot since I don't have an Isuzu anymore so I probably missed this, but Michael - what is this? A Jeep? Where is the Amigo on Dana 60/70? [/hijack]

That's what I was thinking as well with all that Nth Degree Mobility Stuff on it, but then again he does live in the headquarters home town. I had to look underneath my Rubi/Unlimited to see if that was what it was...........It's not.

I suppose I should buckle down and find a place to stay. I don't feel like hauling the trailer with us this time, and tent camping is out of the question with Nickie and the dog, so I need to find a couple of rooms in town or a condo somewhere.

Nothing like waiting until the last minute.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
I will just let it clatter in place of Jim's diesel, since Jim will have a "new" 94 Trooper this year. It'll smell better though, hopefully
The smelling better thing is a given...but you never saw any mosquitos anywhere near "the rattler" last year, did you ?

Roll Me Over
I was scheduled to work 10 to 7 on Sunday, but the boss screwed up the schedule so we had no one scheduled to open, so he switched me to 7 to 4. That works out great for me as I will be able to get on the road at 4.

Speaking of mosquitos, I bet Archview will be basically mosquito-free compared to Portal...

Ah ha! I've never seen any photo's other than the undercarriage.

If anyone was interested, gas is averaging around $3.15 to $3.25 a gal for mid grade on the interstate in Utah and those coming from SoCal and Nevada I paid $3.67 a gallon last week in Mesquite.

Too Far has been sitting in neglect (as did many other things) while we went through Debbie's treatments. I still have her and she will be back in service as a dedicated trail rig later. She has to go under the knife again with a frame up build and I have some "plans" that include keeping a Isuzu skin but that will depend on several variables.

I will say this. I needed another driver/trail vehicle now that Debbie is better and we are more active again and Isuzu just isn't making anything cool these days. But you can take the man out of the Isuzu but you can't take the Isuzu out of the man.

And yee I have a spare Isuzu badge to zip tie up front.

Oh and Far Enuf is still under restoration after some body work and a nice new Orange Copper Mica paint job.

Here's a full body pic.

So yes I'm obviously having fun with this. I will (maybe) post some real pics of the new daily driver/wheeler before we leave on Saturday. Maybe.
