Some of the FSJ guys here can probably give the exact answer, but I believe that the Jeep Wagoneer chassis is different than the Jeep Cherokee chassis.

If the engine, transmission, transfer case, and rear axle are all OK, and the engine runs, and the body is not falling off due to rust, I think it would surely be worth $600.
