well the guy has already taken the front pumpkin apart. so basically, it's a hollow tube in front. he has all the parts to put it together, he just doesn't have the money or time. i plan on buying it tomorrow, because i looked up the differences after my post last night. the wagoneer and cherokee for those years were both on the XJ chassis. the grand wagoneer was a full size jeep on a frame. i forgot to mention that the truck already has a 3" rancho lift spring setup in front and lift blocks in the rear. so most of the hard work is done already. the engine runs and tranny shifts out fine, and the rear end doesn't look like the factory rear. it may have been replaced at one point or another. either way, once it's at my house, the front and rear axles are getting rebuilds with lockers and new gear sets. i haven't figured out what new gears i want to run yet, but i'll keep everyone posted on it. thanks again, turtle.
