For those of you who run rock lights, how helpful do you find them (especially if you're East Coast), and where do you generally place them?
Thanks,
Michael

I run them and am on the east coast. Sure, they help on rocks n stuff to see what you're hung up on. They DEFINENTLY help when you gotta crawl under the truck at night and look at what broke - don't need to hold a flashlight in ur mouth. Also have reverse lights under the bed aimed behind the rear tires which help a bunch: -Scerb

In all honesty, there isn't a whole lotta rust under there - the camera flash makes mud look exactly like surface rust, and then I have some rust colored primer in a buncha areas that I never went back and painted flat black on. I know it looks rusty in the nightime pics, but well, its not <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cyclops.gif" alt="" /> -Scerb

not on the east coast but i use them. my front lights are located under my ARB bumper aimed down to the ground in front of the front tires. the rears are mounted between the rockslider and the front stock bedmount on the frame. passenger side has em too f/r. i love em! with the wooded trails we have here in Washington. they make weaving through tight, tree-lined turns alot easier to see where you're putting the tires. especially when you're in the mud at the same time.
