Toyota's reputation is part of the problem. People think that they can buy a new toyota and drive it with no maintenace, heck you are lucky if they change the oil. When I look for a used Truck I make sure its a 1 owner truck and they have all the maintenace records. If you buy anything else you are rolling the dice.
