Bosch is a leading OEM supplier worldwide and I am sure they make fine parts, BUT:

Absolutely do not use any sensor that does not have the OEM connector harness on it and/or does not match the OEM mounting system exactly.

The O2 sensor is the primary A/F control and can be 'biased' slightly rich / lean as the powertrain engineers desired. Stick with the OEM calibration and use the factory parts for this critical application.
