I'd like to re-arrange Franks list a bit.

1) check/replace ignition rotor, cap and wires
2) check the resistance values of the MAF and temperature sensors
3) check the thermo switch (2 vacuum lines on thermostat housing) - might be broken

I'd also like to know what your fuel pressure is on startup. If this is a consistant problem it would not be too hard to get the fuel pressure when starting.
