Hey guys, when I go to replace the windshield frame does the cowl seal need any silicone or RTV or does it get put down dry? The last time I replaced it (in hopes of saving my windshield frame which didn't work) the seal came w/o any information so I had no idea. This time I want to make sure I do it right.
