So, I've changed the front springs on my 4runner which raised it quite a bit and as soon as I tested them, my front DS fell apart at the slip, too short now.
So, I measured up, got it lengthened, and tho it was close to perfect at first, the springs have settled a fair bit and now the dingin' thing is bottoming out (the slip).
Now, I can get the DS shortened again, but really the issue is not much travel in the slip.
What's the common solution to this? homemade square-tube driveshaft?
