went ahead drove 45 minutes to the closest isuzu stealer and paid $100 for their kit. for future reference, the bearing and seal numbers follow:

Rear wheel seal - C|R 18731

Rear wheel bearing
Timken - U360L 097
Timken - U399 097

the following from napa looks to be the same, but i did not get one to see for sure.
