The roll eyes thing was at google.
I have never seen that top gear video. They were not even in the really bad/ completely destroyed/non rebuildable part. Like other surrounding parts of NOLA or Mississippi Coast.

I was down there today...sad... Chalmette will be no more if another storm comes due to the fact they plan on putting a flood gate on MR.GO (mississippi river gulf outlet) so as to save new orleans from another Katrina but make it worse in my home town! I think everyone in this country needs to see how it still is today and realize no one is taking blame for anything down here (corruption, money, no progress)! It's hell still down there!
I just had to vent slightly after spending a depressing weekend down there.
