Hmmm...he's right. I never thought of that. That would be tough to switch from LHD to RHD on a manual.

In the end, I wouldn't let the transmission be the deciding factor. If its hard to find what your looking for, and the truck is in good shape, then get it. If autos are a dime a dozen, then hold off.
