Would be nice if a GM 6.2l or 6.5l would fit in a Rodeo or Trooper but I have already asked that question and was told the GM v8 6.2l/6.5l deisel would not fit plus they were to heavy.
I do know that the NPR Isuzu truck engines are bulit proff because I ran a wrecker with the deisel in it and it had over 600000 on it when it was sold and the only thing that was done to it was clutches and it ever had the valve cover removed off it.
This truck was abused from day one and was treated like a 5 ton truck because it would pull more than it was designed for.
I liked the truck because it would turn around in a two lane road and never touch the shoulder.
