Thye were not that popular, but given the sad condition of the Isuzu delaer network these days Acura works on a lot of the SLX and trooper. I've never seen a 5sp Acura, but they may exist. It took me awhile to locate a 95 Trooper LS with a 5spd. Odds are a lot worse on an SLX 5 spd.
