I recently broke my front axle on my 88 xj goin down a road to fast and hitin a ditch. anyway i had to replace the front axle and ended up gettin a d30 off a 99 tj with chromoly shafts a OX locker and rock krawler steering. I got it installed and everything but now sometimes when i go over a hard bump in the road it starts shakin real bad like the axles gonna fall off. any ideas on what causes that?
o, also when i installed it i had to weld on a new track bar mount cause the one that was on there was to far back. other than that, i dont think any of the frame mounts got messed up in the accident but i could be wrong, my steering also pulls to the right a little and is hard to make a sharp turn left, but i think thats just because the linkage needs to be shortend a 1/8 an inch or so, but the wobble never happend with the old axle. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
