Funny this comes up, I'm doing my own 1" BL tomorrow.
I know you don't want to unbolt all the mounts at once, so the body dosn't slide around (that could get really bad fast!).
I've heard both to do it from rear to front (e.g., unbolt all but front, lift from behind, and work your way forward), then lift the front once rear is in place) and to do it side-to-side (e.g. do all one side, then teh other). Does it really matter?
And, are there any really good/bad jack points for that 4x4 block?
