I will have to do more research and measurements before i start

The transfer case position may be a problem I will research it further
The jeep 208 transfer case can be used but will need to adapt to the ford trans.

I may go to an atlas case

My rig still works good with the 3.0 and 5 speed trans
(although the rear output seal leaks due to excessive play between the driveshaft and the rear output shaft)
I will need to replace the output shaft and the rear extension housing to fix this.
But the case works well, not noisey, just leaks
This is why I am consedering the swap
I have a fully equiped shop
and the parts to do it
