Ive tried 2 different types of plugs, autolite platinums and NGK R BPR5EA-L. Im currently running the NGK's. I also have a new set of Denso W16EXR-U which i havent tried yet. What sparkplugs would you recommend?
Correct if im wrong, in order for the previous owner to have put a new timing chain kit on, he would have to have pulled the head right? If so he should have had the head resurfaced right? I guess the next step for me would be to check how much compression i have in each cylinder. If the compression is higher than normal what should i do next?
Thanks for your help.

I was actually refering to the heat range of the spark plug and not the manufacturer of it. I have usually had good luck with NGK and Denso in Toyota trucks.
