You won't be able to fit them without some type of lift. Even with 3 inches of lift, plan on trimming up the rear of the front fenderwell. It's not the diameter so much that causes the problems, it is the width. My wheels have 3.75 inches backspacing and I still have minor rubbing issues. I think you would have even more issues on a wheel with more backspacing.
